Snapchat: Fictional Brands

As a bit of a departure from Snapchat’s iconic yellow and Chillah logomark, the Snapchat team at Co.Si was challenged with something different: Create three fictional brands, complete with a brand identity, fictional product prototypes, and a multimedia Snapchat marketing campaign for each. These brands- a beverage product, a gaming app, and a local restaurant- would then be used by the Snapchat for Business team, as shining examples of how real-life marketers and SMB’s can successfully utilize the platform to reach their desired audiences and drive engagement. The exercise required that these fictional brands be appealing to younger audiences, relevant, and have the overall look and feel of being totally real, with the only stipulation being the names that were provided by the client. I led the initial ideation phase of the beverage brand and the gaming app, and honed my love of brand identity work to create the following concepts.
